Why Archetypes are so powerful
How discovering Archetypes helps claim your personal Power

In spring 2019 I started studying archetypes more in-depth on my own journey of healing and empowerment.
They helped me see the bigger picture...
The stage of life on which everyone is playing their own specific roles.
The characters we're acting out on our journey of personal evolution.
Diving deeper into these patterns, called Archetypes, has given me a powerful tool over the last years – and fascinating insights into our human psyche.
Not only has it helped me understand the different parts of myself better… but also to understand the people around me on a deeper level.
And it helped me to start owning my personal power – on a whole new level.

When I started studying Archetypes in-depth I had so many insights…
It was fascinating to discover my 12 main Archetypes and understand how they were playing out in my life – I could see them in my desires and priorities, the ways I responded to challenges and in the choices I was making...
Especially learning about the four universal Archetypes that we all have in common was eye-opening!
The Child, the Prostitute, the Victim and the Saboteur – these four patterns rule our survival. But as they live in our unconscious we aren't able to see how they influence us and have a grip on our thoughts, beliefs and behaviours...
Until you make the unconscious conscious,
it will direct your life and you will call it fate.

What I only realised much later, in a training I took, is that each of those four regressive "survival" Archetypes – which express as our Shadow – also has a counter-part!
The other side of this duo is called the Illuminated Archetype. Together they form your "Council" – which I explain in my course ARCHETYPES.
While the Shadow council wants to convince you that Power lies outside of you (with your partner, your boss, money, etc.) – the Illuminated council is aligned to the Truth:
That Power lies within you.
Once you're aware of these inner voices you can make a choice:
– Do you keep listening to the Shadow... giving your power away?
– Or will you make an empowered move from your Illuminated Self?
Understanding and starting to live these teachings changes everything.
It gave me new ways to move through life.
