Why I Set My New Moon Intentions
Such a powerful practice to consciously create your life…
This morning I set my intentions under this New Moon in Cancer... and it feels so good.
I love the clarity that comes from writing my new moon wishes down and the deep knowing of planting them like seeds into the dark, fertile Earth.
All there's left to do then is TRUST and expect them to grow and blossom...
(the easiest and sometimes hardest part ;)
I've been working with the lunar cycle for years now and am still setting my intentions under each New Moon.
(And many come true within a short time!)
What I love most about this practice?
It gives me once a month a moment to pause, ask myself...
Where am I heading?
What am I focussing my energy on?
What am I creating and cultivating in my life?
Most people don't do this.
And as we've all probably experienced... life gets busy – and before we notice we're just running and going through the motions.
That's why I believe it's so important to reconnect with your inner compass regularly:
Am I moving in the right direction?
What do I truly want in my life?
Each New Moon is the time when I ask myself these questions.
And as the New Moon falls into another astrological sign each month we get to work with all the different energies and archetypes...
Within a year we complete the entire zodiac – and you get to elevate each area of your life.
That's the beauty and magic of it!
I've manifested incredible things through this practice (from finally calling in my soul mate to being featured on the cover of Yoga Magazine)... that's why I love sharing about it. And when we come together it's of course more powerful – as we create a VORTEX that amplifies the energy.
Over the last two years I've been guiding New Moon Circles online – and they were also a beautiful way to connect with like-minded people and support each other.
That's why I felt the call to create a new community for conscious women – for us to come together, share ritual and create MAGIC!
