With each New Moon we have the opportunity to start fresh and become clear about our focus and direction as we move into a new beginning. The energetic level is at the lowest point of the month – making this a time to slow down, turn inwards and reflect.
We’ll come together to learn about the cosmic energy and share around a theme that arises. I explain the astrology and guide us through powerful practices, before we set our intentions in a beautiful New Moon meditation.
Full Moon Flow

Each month I’ll create a special Full Moon yoga practice for you.
You’ll learn how to follow the lunar cycle and tune into the natural rise and fall of energy each month.
With the full moon we reach the natural peak of the month. There is an intensity in the air and emotions can rise to the surface to be expressed and released.
I’ll guide you through a creative lunar flow and special practices to support you in releasing and grounding yourself, completing with a Full Moon meditation.

Your guide
Simona Schimanovich is a Spiritual Business Coach, yoga teacher and the founder of Moon Tribe.
She takes people on powerful inner journeys and holds sacred space for transformation.
On her journey over the last 15 years, studying yoga and many healing practices, she learned about the lunar cycle and started working with it to consciously create her life.
She also became fascinated to dive into the studies of the ancient science of Astrology to start living in tune with nature and understand the cosmic rhythm.
Simona has been featured on the cover of Yoga Magazine and has been hosting moon ceremonies in Amsterdam, London and online.
